"My association with Thorley Day Nursery goes back some ten years when my eldest son attended the nursery. I have known Mrs. Wills somewhat longer having been taught by her at the tender age of five! My daughter started at the nursery in January 2006 and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces amongst the staff. This stability sums up for me the best qualities of the nursery as my children have always encountered a warm, fun, caring, happy and most of all secure atmosphere. The sense of belonging that this produces in the children stays with them long after they have moved on. I know for a fact that mine is not the only twelve year old who likes to visit Mrs. Wills and co., during the school holidays. The variety of activities - painting, sticking, playing, dancing, the list is endless - is enough not only to keep the liveliest child busy, but if you're really lucky, wear them out too! In fact I'm really looking forward to sending child number three on his merry little way to the adventure that is Thorley Day Nursery."

"Thorley Day Nursery was recommended to us by a friend and on our first visit we decided that the safe, friendly and caring environment was the best place for our daughter. Since she has been there her self confidence has grown incredibly with the help of the staff. All the children are encouraged at every stage of their development. The enthusiasm of the staff reflects in the children to make Thorley Day Nursery a happy and effective place for a child's pre-school years."

" I am a mum of four children, aged from seventeen to three years, all of whom attended Thorley Day Nursery - the youngest is there at the present time. I would recommend the Nursery as I feel it has so much to offer each child, they are treated as individuals, yet learn to respect and care for others, in an exceptionally nurturing environment. Educationally my children had a great headstart with reading, writing and number skills, which was a stepping stone for starting school, and gave them confidence in their transition to infant school. Most importantly they were all very happy at Thorley Day Nursery. They made lots of friends and had lots of fun doing the many activities available to them. The children are very fond of Mrs. Wills and her team of caring and experienced staff and I will always be very grateful to them all for providing such a great start for our little ones."
Mrs. A. O'Malley.
